Taizz & Lahj – October 2025:
Al-Hdaya Charity Developmental Foundation, with generous support from the State of Kuwait through Al-Hdaya Charity Association, inaugurated the construction and equipping of three mosques and Quranic learning centers in targeted areas across Taizz and Lahj governorates, implemented between February and October 2025 to serve more than 1,770 students and community members.
The project addresses the urgent local need for structured spaces for communal prayer and Quranic learning. Interventions included the construction and full equipping of the three facilities to host Quran memorization and literacy circles, effectively contributing to literacy eradication, providing safe community learning environments, and enhancing knowledge and values in rural areas.
Implemented in October 2025, this initiative is part of the foundation’s vital Education and community development sector, dedicated to strengthening educational infrastructure across Yemeni governorates.
