Taizz – March 2025:
Al-Hdaya Charity Developmental Foundation, with generous support from the State of Kuwait through Al-Hdaya Charity Association, implemented the Ramadan Iftar Meals Project in Taizz Governorate during March 2025, targeting vulnerable host families and displaced households in Al-Qahirah and Al-Maafer districts.
The intervention delivered 18,644 integrated ready-to-eat Iftar meals to meet immediate nutritional needs. This provided sustained daily meal support for 115 displaced and underserved households (687 individuals), while expanding total reach to 18,644 individual food servings throughout the holy month. The project significantly alleviated seasonal living costs and food insecurity for struggling families while upholding their dignity.
Implemented in March 2025, this humanitarian intervention is part of the foundation’s vital Food Security and seasonal response programs dedicated to addressing urgent dietary needs for the most vulnerable populations.
