Taizz – April 2024:
Al-Hdaya Charity Developmental Foundation, with generous support from the State of Kuwait through Al-Khair Humanitarian Society, launched the Eid Al-Fitr Clothing Project for the year 1445 AH in Taizz Governorate, providing new clothing sets for 160 children from displaced and vulnerable host community families.
The project aims to uphold child protection, deliver psychosocial well-being, and bring joy and happiness to children during Eid. It also strengthens feelings of equality, inclusion, and positive social integration between IDPs and host communities, while alleviating seasonal economic burdens on impoverished households and fostering community solidarity.
Implemented in April 2024, this humanitarian intervention falls under the foundation’s Protection, Psychosocial Support, and seasonal response programs dedicated to addressing the vital needs of vulnerable populations.
